对外开放是我国必须长期贯彻的一项基本国策。党的十九大将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想确立为党治国理政的指导思想并写入党章。《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷第七专题的主题为“形成全面开放新格局”,共收录4篇习近平总书记主旨演讲和相关部分讲话和全篇内容,包括从博鳌亚洲论坛2018年年会开幕至第二届中国国际进口博览会开幕,中国参加的主场外交活动。这一专题围绕我国进入新时代面临的内外环境变化,对新形势下形成全面开放新格局的必要性和发展方向作出了深刻阐述,从马克思主义哲学角度为我国经济社会发展提供了宏大视野以及方法论指导,体现了多维度的哲学内涵。

Opening up is a basic state policy that China must adhere to thoroughly for a long time. At the19th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era was placed as a guiding ideology for the party’s governance and written into the Party Constitution. The seventh topic of the third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China is“Forming a New Pattern of All-round Opening-up”, including four keynote speeches and speeches by General Secretary Xi, covering some or all of the speeches expressed at the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2018 to the opening ceremony of the second China International Import Expo. This topic focuses on the internal and external environmental changes facing China in the new era, and makes a profound elaboration on the necessity and development direction of forming a new pattern of all-round opening up under the new situation.
