Exploration on the Path of Common Prosperity Driven by the Transformation of“Two Mountains”——Take Xinchang County as an Example

新昌县以“全域旅游”为主要路径,全盘谋划、全景织造、全力施为、全业融合,将资源优势转化为发展优势,初步实现了“绿水青山”向“金山银山”转换,有力助推了共同富裕。但从发展实际来看,还存在着转换的速度、带动的力度、生态保护的强度以及社会参与的广度等方面的不足。以“两山”转换带动共同富裕,要继续用足绿水青山优势,精准施策,提升产品竞争力,做好融合文章,激活内生动力。新昌的实践,也为高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区提供了有益启示。

Taking“global tourism”as the main path,Xinchang County has made overall planning,panoramic weaving,full implementation and full industry integration,transformed resource advantages into development advantages,and initially realized the transformation from“green water and green mountains”to“golden mountains and silver mountains”,which has helped promote common prosperity.However,from the perspective of development reality,there are still deficiencies in the speed of transformation,the strength of driving,the intensity of ecological protection and the breadth of social participation.To promote common prosperity through the transformation of“two mountains”,we should continue to make full use of the advantages of green water and green mountains,implement accurate policies,improve product competitiveness,do a good job in integrating articles and activate endogenous power.The practice of Xinchang has also provided beneficial enlightenment for the high-quality.
