摘要
由于新业态领域存在劳动关系不确定,法律法规模糊,平台企业管理缺位等问题,新业态青年从业者职业发展受限的问题正日益凸显。本研究通过对珠三角地区青年网约工的调查,分析其职业发展现状,以及存在的困难和障碍。在此基础上,提出了“三层次+四主体”构成的新业态青年从业者职业发展模型。
Due to the uncertain labor relations, vague laws and regulations and the absence of platform enterprise management in the field of new business, the problem of limited career development of young practitioners in new business has become increasingly prominent. Through the investigation of youth online contract workers in the Pearl River Delta, this study analyzes the current situation of their career development, existing difficulties and obstacles. On this basis, a new career development model composed of “three levels + four subjects” is proposed.
