芪贞增免颗粒对断奶仔猪猪瘟疫苗免疫效果的影响

摘要 研究芪贞增免颗粒对断奶仔猪猪瘟疫苗免疫效果的影响。选用28日龄断奶仔猪50头,随机分为5组,QZGH组(2000 mg/kg饲料)、QZGM组(1000 mg/kg饲料)、QZGL组(500 mg/kg饲料)在猪瘟疫苗免疫前分别按照相应剂量灌服芪贞增免颗粒,阳性对照组(C)正常接种猪瘟疫苗,空白对照组(D)不进行猪瘟疫苗免疫。试验组在免疫前10 d开始给药,猪瘟疫苗免疫后0 d、7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d各组试验猪全部采血,测定猪瘟抗体滴度、细胞因子水平及淋巴细胞比例。结果显示,免疫后7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d,QZGH组和QZGM组抗体滴度及IL-2、IL-4和IFN-γ水平均显著高于C组(P<0.05),其中QZGM组指标水平最高。免疫后7 d、14 d、21 d,QZGH组和QZGM组淋巴细胞比例显著高于C组(P<0.05),其中QZGM组淋巴细胞比例最高。说明芪贞增免颗粒可提高猪瘟疫苗免疫仔猪的抗体滴度,提高细胞因子水平和淋巴细胞比例,增强猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果。 To study the influence of Qizhen Zengmian granules on the immune effect of swine fever vaccine in weaned piglets,fifty 28-day-old weaned piglets were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups.The three treated groups were fed with high(QZGH),medium(QZGM),and low(QZGL)doses of Qizhen Zengmian granules(2000 mg·kg^(-1) feed,1000 mg·kg^(-1) feed and 500 mg·kg^(-1) feed)before swine fever vaccine immunization,respectively.The piglets in positive control group(C)were immunized with the same dosage of swine fever vaccine;blank control group(D)did not receive swine fever vaccine immunization.The piglets in the three experimental groups were administrated 10 days before immunization,and blood was collected from all 10 piglets in each group on 0 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,and 28 d after immunization with swine fever vaccine.The results showed that the antibody titers and the level of IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γof QZGH and QZGM groups were significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05),In addition,the proportion of lymphocytes in QZGH and QZGM groups was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05),among which the QZGM group had the highest proportion of lymphocytes on 7 d,14 d and 21 d after immunization.The results indicate that Qizhen Zengmian granules can increase the antibody titer,the level of cytokines and the proportion of lymphocytes in piglets immunized with swine fever vaccine,thereby enhancing the immune effect of swine fever vaccine.
