中兽医防治常见犬肿瘤研究进展

Prevention and treatment of canine tumors by traditional Chinese veterinary medicine

肿瘤已成为危害犬生命的主要疾病之一,且发病率呈逐年上升趋势,由于西医放疗、化疗毒副作用大,中药治疗犬肿瘤的研究备受关注。肿瘤常用的辨证方法有八纲辨证、脏腑辨证、气血津液辨证、病因辨证;常见的犬肿瘤有乳腺癌、肥大细胞瘤、淋巴瘤和黑色素瘤等。本文就中医理论对肿瘤的辨证论治方法以及近年来国内外对常见犬肿瘤的治疗药物研究和临床应用进行了综合论述,并对中兽药在肿瘤治疗中存在的问题及应用前景进行了探讨。

Tumor has become one of the major diseases that endanger the life of dogs,and the incidence rises year by year,but the effective therapies are still urgently needed clinically.Researches and applications of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of tumor have attracted more and more attention.Syndrome differentiation methods for tumors commonly include syndrome differentiation with eight principles,syndrome differentiation of Zangfu,syndrome differentiation of Qi-blood-body fluid and syndrome differentiation of etiology.Canine tumors include mammary tumor,mastocytoma,lymphoma,and melanoma,etc.This article reviewed the understanding and syndrome differentiation of tumors in TCM theory,experimental researches and clinical applications of Chinese herbs in the treatment of common 4 kinds of canine tumors,and the problems and prospects of the application of Chinese herbs in the treatment of canine tumors was also discussed.
