摘要
评价紫外-可见分光光度法测定甲磺酸达氟沙星粉含量的不确定度,通过数学模型的建立、不确定度来源的分析,对各分量进行评估,计算扩展不确定度并形成测量不确定度报告。甲磺酸达氟沙星粉含量测定的扩展不确定度为1.1%,测量结果表示为(98.3±1.1)%(k=2)。测定结果显示,不确定度的主要来源为吸光度、溶液稀释定容和称量引起的不确定度。
The uncertainty of UV-visible spectrophotometry in the determination of danofloxacin mesylate powder was evaluated by the establishment of mathematical model,the analysis of uncertainty source,and the evaluation of each component,finally the expanded uncertainty was calculated and the measurement uncertainty report was obtained.The expanded uncertainty of assay of danofloxacin mesylate was 1.1%,the expression of the measurement result was(98.3±1.1)%(k=2).The main sources of uncertainty of determination results were uncertainty caused by absorbance,dilution and constant volume of solution and weighing.
