摘要
常规设备箱使用刚性材料面板,因箱面承担荷载所以较厚重,如以支架安装设备、以柔性材料作为设备箱面板,则可以大幅降低设备箱自重。就柔性材料的选用、性能、使用注意事项、安装方式展开探讨。很多列车设备箱箱体结构与制动控制装置箱体类似,蓄电池箱结构可优化程度最高,对制动控制装置、蓄电池箱结构二者面板进行仿真模拟,减重幅度分别在77%、90%。为车体轻量化设计提供一种方案。
The current development direction of lightweight equipment boxes is to replace steel with aluminum or fiber composite materials.The weight of the boxes can be signiticantly reduced by using flexible materials.The selection of flexible materials was introduced,the design and application scheme of flexible panel equipment boxes was put forword,and the weight reduction range,advantages and disadvantages of flexible equipment boxes were analyzed.It provided a lightweight design for car body.
