Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在复发性流产的研究现状 被引量:2

Research progress of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in recurrent spontaneous abortion

摘要 复发性流产是育龄期女性的常见疾病,严重影响女性的生活情况及家庭幸福。复发性流产是临床常见病、疑难病,病因至今仍不明确。Wnt/β-catenin信号通路是最经典的Wnt信号通路,参与众多的生命活动与进程,能够影响细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭等行为,众多研究表明Wnt/β-catenin信号通路参与了复发性流产的发病。本文主要从滋养细胞的增殖、侵袭和侵袭、胎盘的血管生成及子宫内膜的蜕膜化对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在复发性流产的发病机制进行综述。 Recurrent spontaneous abortion is a common disease in women of childbearing age,which seriously affects women’s life and family happiness.Recurrent spontaneous abortion is a common and difficult disease in clinic,but the cause is still unclear.Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is the most classical Wnt signaling pathway,which is involved in many life activities and processes,and can affect cell proliferation,migration,invasion and other behaviors.Many studies have shown that Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is involved in the incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion.In this review,the mechanisms of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,which was studied from the proliferation,invasion and invasion of trophoblast,angiogenesis of placenta and decidualization of endometrium,were reviewed in the recurrent spontaneous abortion.
