摘要
目的探讨党参根系水浸液对不同作物的化感作用,以期为党参产区合理轮作制度的建立提供理论依据。方法试验采取室内模拟法,研究党参不同生长时期根系水浸液对党参、蚕豆、黄芪和当归种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应。结果浸提液对四种作物种子萌发和幼苗生长均表现为化感抑制作用,随着根系水浸液浓度升高抑制作用增强,且化感效应由强到弱表现为繁殖期>收获期>生长初期;不同浓度水浸液对作物幼苗SOD、POD活性表现出抑制作用,但幼苗MDA含量均增加。结论旱作农业区雨水淋溶是党参自毒物质进入土壤的主要途径之一,党参繁殖期根系水浸液自毒作用最强,党参自毒作用是导致连作障碍的原因之一;党参根系水浸液对当归、黄芪和蚕豆均有化感抑制效应。
Objective The purpose was to discuss allelopathy autotoxiaty of water extracts from Codonopsis pilosula root on differ⁃ent crops in this paper and supply some theoretical basis for establishing a reasonable crop rotation system of C.pilosula.Meth⁃ods By simulation experiments in laboratory,the allelopathic effects of water extracts in three growth stages from C.pilosula root on C.pilosula,Vicia faba,Astragalus propinquus Schischkin and Angelica sinensis were studied.Results The result show that the water extracts of C.pilosula root significantly inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth of four crops.And this inhibitory effect generally increased with the increase of the concentration of water extracts from root.And the allelopathic effect from strong to weak showed as breeding period>harvest period>early growth period.The activities of SOD,POD in seedlings of tested crops were strikingly inhibited by different concentrations of water extracts from C.pilosula root,whereas increase contents of MDA.Conclusion Rain water leaching is one of the main ways for C.pilosula autotoxic substances to enter the soil in dryland agricultural areas.The Autotoxicity of root aqueous extract is the strongest during the propagation period,and the Autotoxicity of C.pilosula is one of the reasons for continuous cropping obstacles;The aqueous extract of C.pilosula root had allelopathic inhibitory effects on A.sinensis,A.propinquus Schischkin and V.faba.
