摘要
高炉出铁沟主要使用AlO-SiC-C浇注料,为了抵抗渣铁的侵蚀,必须引入碳源,如何减缓碳源在高温使用过程中的氧化反应,是长期研究的内容,除常规的引入碳源的同时引入抗氧化剂外,主要研究碳化钛包覆碳源的引入对浇注料性能的影响,以棕刚玉、碳化硅、微粉、碳源为主要原料,试验了包覆碳源逐渐增加,对应的常规碳源减少,保证整体含碳量一致,包覆碳源的引入比例从0%到2%,差额0.5%,对制得的试样检测中温1 000℃及高温1 500℃烧后的抗折耐压强度、线变化率及抗氧化性指标的影响。结果表明:随包覆碳源的增加,试样烧后线变化率逐渐降低,体积密度先升后降,强度变化规律同体积密度,通过烧后氧化层的大小确定,碳素残留不断增多,抗氧化性逐渐变好,主要因为碳化钛包覆层可以很好地防止碳素氧化,同时生成物可以填充气孔,增加坯体致密度,对材料内部的氧化起抵抗作用,当包覆碳源引入量为1%时,浇注料综合性能最好。
AlO-Sic-C castable is mainly used in blast furnace tapping ditch.In order to resist the erosion of slag iron, carbon source must be introduced.How to slow down the oxidation reaction of carbon source during high temperature use is the content of long-term research.In addition to the conventional introduction of carbon source and antioxidant, the impact of the introduction of titanium carbide coated carbon source on the properties of castable is mainly studied, including brown corundum, silicon carbide Micro powder and carbon source were used as the main raw materials, and the coated carbon source increased gradually, while the corresponding conventional carbon source decreased, so as to ensure the consistency of the overall carbon content.The introduction proportion of coated carbon source was from 0% to 2%, and the difference was 0.5%.The influence of the introduction proportion of coated carbon source on the bending resistance, linear change rate and oxidation resistance index of the samples after burning at 1 000 ℃ and 1 500 ℃ was tested.The results show that with the increase of coated carbon source, the linear change rate of the sample after burning gradually decreases, and the bulk density first increases and then decreases.The strength change law is the same as the bulk density.Determined by the size of the oxide layer after burning, the carbon residue increases and the oxidation resistance gradually improves, mainly because the titanium carbide coating can prevent carbon oxidation and the product can fill the pores, Increasing the density of green body can resist the oxidation in the material.When the introduction amount of coated carbon source is 1%, the comprehensive performance of castable is the best.
