摘要
针对传统飞机除冰液加热系统存在的大滞后、非线性、时变性以及易受外界因素干扰等问题,采用模糊PID控制对加热系统进行整体控制,在该算法的支持下有利于提升系统的工作效率,使该加热系统可在最短的时间内完成加热以及大流量喷洒除冰液等操作,并且可实时对除冰液的实际温度进行控制,有利于保证除冰液喷洒的均匀性。对于系统存在的稳态误差,设计出模糊PID控制器,并通过仿真测试的方式对系统精准性进行验证,结果表明该控制方式符合飞机除冰液加热系统的实际要求,具有良好的稳定性及快速性。
Aiming at the existence of traditional aircraft deicing fluid heating system in the large delay, nonlinear, time-varying and vulnerable to outside interference factors, using fuzzy PID control to control the whole heating system, with the support of the proposed algorithm is beneficial to improve the system efficiency, make the heating system could heat in the shortest possible time to complete and big flow spraying operations such as deicing fluid, And the actual temperature of deicing liquid can be controlled in real time, which is conducive to ensure the uniformity of deicing liquid spraying.For the steady-state error of the system, a fuzzy PID controller is designed, and the accuracy of the system is verified by simulation test.The results show that the control method meets the actual requirements of the aircraft deicing liquid heating system, and has good stability and rapidity.
