摘要
涡旋压缩机的涡旋型线是进行其性能理论分析的基础,基于逆向工程技术提出了的一套涡旋压缩机圆渐开线型线参数测绘方法,对于任意给定的涡旋压缩机,通过3D扫描技术及曲线拟合软件,可以精确求解出其涡旋型线的标准表达式,包括基圆半径、基圆圆心坐标、渐开线初始角度和最终展角,基圆半径误差在1e-4mm级别,此方法通用性强、精度高,满足工程应用需求。
The scroll profile of scroll compressor is the basis for the theoretical analysis of its performance.Based on the reverse engineering technology,a mapping method for the circle involute profile of scroll compressors was proposed in this paper.Through 3D scanning technology and curve analysis software,the circle involutes of any given scroll compressor can be calculated in its standard expression equations,including the circle radius,circle center coordinates and initial and final angle of involutes.The error of base circle radius is in the level of 1e-4mm.This method has wide adaptability and high precision,which meets the requirements of engineering application.
