涡旋式空调压缩机阀片敲击音及声品质指标研究 被引量:1

摘要 某批市场返回机出现的“嗒嗒音”伴随敲击感且声品质较差,借助主观评价及噪音频谱分析可知,排气阀片(以下简称阀片)根部固端面与头部支撑面存在高度差(以下简称高度差)是“嗒嗒音”产生敲击感的主要原因,高度差消除后敲击感消失。同时,为了规范评价此类声音,将粗糙度与声压级及响度进行对比研究,结果表明:当粗糙度不超过0.7Asper时,主观评价声品质可以接受。此项指标的制订,可用于评判同类产品阀片敲击音的可接受度。 The“Tap sound”appearing in a batch of market returned machine is complained by tapping feeling,and sound quality is poor,the height difference between solid end face of exhaust valve and support face of head is the main reason for the sound.At the same time,in order to evaluate this kind of sound,roughness is compared with sound pressure level and loudness,the result shows that when roughness is not more than 0.7 asper,subjective evaluation sound quality is acceptable.The formulation of this index can be used to judge acceptability of the tapping sound with similar type of valve plate.
