回授法联合互联网健康教育在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用

Application of feedback method combined with Internet health education in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

目的:探索和分析回授法联合互联网健康教育在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2020年1月到2022年1月期间的164例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各82例,对照组给予互联网健康教育方法,观察组在此基础上添加回授法进行干预。分别使用生活质量核心问卷(Quality of Life Questionnaire C-30,QLQ-C30)、治疗依从性评价表、调查问卷对患者的生活质量、治疗依从性、疾病知识掌握程度进行评价。结果:干预后,两组患者的睡眠质量、精神状况、饮食状况各方面评分值均有较大幅度的提高;观察组的治疗依从性优于对照组;观察组的疾病知识掌握程度要好于对照组,其中观察组患者的用药安全知识评分值、并发症预防知识评分值、健康饮食知识评分值较对照组均较大幅度的提高(P<0.05)。结论:应用回授法联合互联网健康教育方法干预精神分裂症能够在一定程度上提高患者的生活质量、治疗依从性,加深患者对精神分裂症疾病相关知识的掌握程度,有助于疾病的治疗。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of feedback method combined with Internet health education in the rehabilitation of schizophrenics.Methods:164 schizophrenic patients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into two groups,82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Internet health education method,and the observation group was added feedback method on the basis.Quality of Life Questionnaire C-30(QLQ-C30),treatment compliance evaluation form and questionnaire were used to evaluate the life quality,treatment compliance and disease knowledge mastery of patients.Results:After intervention,the scores of sleep quality,mental status and diet status of patients in the two groups were greatly improved;The treatment compliance of observation group was better than that in control group.The knowledge of disease in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the knowledge score of medication safety,complication prevention and healthy diet in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of feedback method combined with Internet health education can improve the life quality and treatment compliance of patients with schizophrenia to a certain extent,increase the knowledge of schizophrenia,and contribute to the treatment of schizophrenia.
