不同音频转换Soundsory音乐疗法对脑卒中共病高血压老年患者记忆功能、执行力及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Effects of Soundsory music therapy on memory function,executive function and anxiety and depression in elderly patients with stroke comorbidities and hypertension

目的:研究不同音频转换Soundsory音乐疗法对老年脑卒中共病高血压患者焦虑抑郁情绪及记忆功能的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2021年10月期间本院我科收治的126例脑卒中共病高血压老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组采用内科常规护理与常规功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上增加Soundsory变频音乐疗法,采用行为记忆测验第二版(Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test-II,RBMT-II)、执行缺陷综合征的行为学评价测试(Behavioral Assessment Of Dysexecutive Syndrome,BADS)和医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale,HADS)对比两组患者记忆功能、执行力、焦虑抑郁情绪。结果:干预后,观察组面部再认、信息即刻回忆、回忆预约时间、定向和日期、延迟回忆信息评分、规则转换卡片、动物园分布图、修订六元素、动作计划、时间判断、找钥匙评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HADS各维度评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:不同音频转换Soundsory音乐疗法对老年脑卒中共病高血压患者效果确切,能够有效改善患者记忆功能,提高执行力,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To study the effects of different audio conversion Soundsory music therapy on anxiety,depression and memory function of senile stroke patients with comorbidities of hypertension.Methods:A total of 126 elderly patients with stroke and comorbid hypertension who were admitted to our department from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group and observation group by random number table method,with 63 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing care and routine functional training in internal medicine,while the observation group was given Soundsory frequency conversion music therapy on the basis of the control group.The Behavioral Assessment of Dysexecutive Syndrome(BADS)and Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale(HADS)were used to compare the memory function,executive ability,anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the scores of facial recognition,immediate information recall,recall appointment time,orientation and date,delayed recall information score,rule conversion card,zoo distribution map,revision six elements,action plan,time judgment and key finding in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of HADS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different audio conversion Soundsory music therapy has a definite effect on elderly patients with stroke comorbidious hypertension,which can effectively improve patients'memory function,improve executive ability,relieve anxiety and depression,and has clinical promotion value.
