摘要
该文以曲柄滑块往复机构为研究对象,考虑运动副间隙因素,运用虚拟样机技术设计了往复机构动力学特性分析虚拟仿真教学实验。该实验项目构建了几何模型虚拟装配、动力学建模和实验数据结果分析模块,开展了运动副间隙、驱动转速和负载等多变量仿真实验,实验结果清晰展示了运动副间隙作用机理及其动力学响应规律。
This paper takes the crank slider reciprocating mechanism as research object, and considers the joint clearance as factor, then uses the virtual prototype technology to design a virtual simulation teaching experiment for dynamic characteristics analysis of the reciprocating mechanism. This project constructed the geometric model virtual assembly, dynamic modeling and experimental data result analysis modules, and carried out simulation experiments under multiple working conditions such as variable joint clearance, driving speed and load. The results clearly show the action mechanism of the joint clearance and the response law of dynamic characteristics.
