摘要
为提升实验室安全培训效果,该文介绍了某高校实验室安全实训基地的实践探索,基地以安全知识培训和警示案例分析为基础,以虚拟仿真体验为辅助,以角色扮演的真实场景体验培训为进阶提升方法,以体验式安全检查和应急处置演练为考核条件,充分利用虚拟仿真和真实场景的体验培训互补特性,激发受训者主动发现隐患、丰富受训者安全常识和应变知识、提升受训者实验室安全应急处置技能。依托该实训基地开展虚实结合体验式实验室安全培训,对打造安全和谐的高校实验室环境,培养具有安全责任意识、担当意识、应急处置能力、团队协作精神的科研管理人才具有重要意义。
In order to improve the effect of laboratory safety training, this paper introduces the practical exploration of laboratory safety training base in a university, the training base takes safety knowledge training and warning case analysis as basis, virtual simulation experience as assistance, role-playing real scene experience training as advanced promotion method, experiential safety inspection and emergency disposal drill as assessment conditions, and makes full use of the complementary characteristics of virtual simulation experience training and real scene experience training, enriches trainees’ safety knowledge and emergency response knowledge, and improves trainees’ laboratory safety emergency response skills by stimulating trainees’ interest in actively discovering hidden dangers. Relying on the practice training base, the exploration and practice of experiential laboratory safety training based on the combination of virtuality and reality is of great significance for building a safe and harmonious university laboratory environment and cultivating scientific research management talents with safety responsibility consciousness, responsibility consciousness, emergency response ability and teamwork spirit.
