摘要
在进行综合管廊廊内给水架空钢管管道设计时,经常利用管道弯折作为自然补偿,弯折角度的大小直接影响着弯折两侧管道支架的推力及弯折段的管道应力。本文通过对不同管径和不同弯折角度时温度作用下支架反力及弯头应力的变化规律进行研究分析,根据分析结果确定出自然补偿的合理弯折角度范围,为行业内综合管廊内部给水架空钢管的管道设计提供参考。
Pipeline elbow is generally used as self-compensation in the design of overhead steel pipeline for water supply in utility tunnel.The adjacent support counter-force and pipeline stress is directly related with the pipeline elbow angle.The paper researched the support counter-force and pipeline stress under the effect of temperature in pipeline elbow zone with different diameter and elbow angle,and the result could be used as reference for design of overhead steel pipeline for water supply in utility tunnel.
