摘要
某格构式辐形单柱雨棚建造完成后顶盖晃动严重,不能满足正常使用,需进行加固。鉴于该类雨棚柱无相关规范可循,且为确保加固效果,建立了该雨棚的整体模型,对雨棚进行了有限元分析。同时参考规范,计算该雨棚稳定承载力的理论值,有限元模拟结果与理论解比较接近。利用有限元分析研究了加固前后雨棚的稳定承载力,并对比研究了所提出加固方式对不同钢片厚度雨棚极限承载力的提高作用,提出了该类雨棚的设计建议。
The top cover of a latticed single column canopy with radial section shook seriously after construction.The canopy cannot satisfy normal use and should be reinforced.There was no relevant code to guide the design for this steel canopy.The overall model of the canopy was established and the finite element analysis of the canopy was conducted to verify the reinforcement effect.The theoretical value of the stable bearing capacity of the canopy was given referring to the code which was close to the results from finite element simulation.The stable bearing capacity of the canopy before and after reinforcement was compared by finite element analysis,the improvement of the ultimate bearing capacity of the canopy with different thickness by the same reinforcement method was compared,and the design suggestions of this kind of canopy were proposed.
