摘要
对某厂钴冶金P204除杂反萃废液处理工艺进行了研究,采用硫酸钠粗除钙,碳酸钠沉铜,锰粉沉钴,碳酸钠沉锰工艺,获得了硫酸钙、粗碳酸铜、粗钴粉及含有碳酸锌的碳酸锰四种有用的产品,实现了有价金属最经济有效的回收。
Treatment of strip liquor of P204 extraction in cobalt hydrometallurgy was investigated.The Cawas precipitated by sodium sulfate,Cuwas precipitated by sodium carbonate,Cowas reduced by manganese powder,and finally the Mnand Znwas precipitated by sodium carbonate.CaSO,impure CuCO,cobalt powder and MnCOmixed with ZnCOwere obtained.By this simple,economical methode,valuable metals were recycled.
