摘要 文章对锌电积时铅的行为进行了研究,分析了析出锌中铅的来源,以及导致析出锌中含铅高的主要因素,结合生产实践,提出了在锌电积过程中降低析出锌含铅、提高阴极锌质量的措施,如所有入槽新阳极预镀膜、降低电解液中氯离子的含量、适量均匀加入碳酸锶等,通过实践,目前析出锌含铅内控合格率达98%以上,取得了较好的效果。 In this paper,the behavior of lead in zinc electrodeposition was studed,the source of lead in precipitated zinc and the main factors leading to high lead content in precipitated zinc were analyzed.The measures to reduce the lead content in precipitated zinc and improve the quality of cathode zinc in the process of zinc electrodeposition are put forward,such as pre coating all new anodes into the tank,reducing the content of chloride ions in the electrolyte,adding strontium carbonate evenly in an appropriate amount,etc.Through practice,the qualified rate of internal control of lead in precipitated zinc is more than 98%,and good results have been achieved.
