摘要
文章应用复合熔烧法制备复合硅化物涂层,旨在综合提升铌钨合金涂层的抗氧化防护性能以及涂层后合金力学性能。试验结果显示,涂层厚度在60±10μm条件下,1600℃下的静态抗氧化寿命达到了11 h以上,1800℃下的静态抗氧化寿命达到了4 h以上,1800℃-室温水冷热震循环性能200次以上,涂层具有良好的耐高温、抗氧化性能。Nb521合金经涂层处理后1200℃抗拉强度≥199 MPa;1300℃抗拉强度≥165 MPa。
In order to improve the oxidation resistance and mechanical properties of Nb-W alloy coatings,the composite silicide coating was prepared by using the composite fusion-sintering method.The test results show that the coating thickness of 60±10μm,1600℃static oxidation life reaches more than 11 h,1800℃static oxidation life reaches more than 4 h,1800℃~25℃which cooling by water thermal shock cycling performance is more than 200 times,the coating has good at high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance.The tensile strength of Nb521 alloy after coating treatment is more than 199 MPa at 1200℃;Tensile strength is more than 165 MPa at 1300℃.
