微量V对Al-8Si-0.6Mg-0.1Cu合金组织及力学性能的影响

摘要 文章研究了V含量对Al-8Si-0.6Mg-0.1Cu合金的微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:V可细化合金的α-Al枝晶,减小二次枝晶臂间距。合金经热处理后,添加0.1%V合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为325 MPa、293 MPa和8.16%。继续增加V含量,合金中会出现粗大金属间化合物AlFeSiV,使合金的力学性能下降。 The effect of V contents on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-8 Si-0.6 Mg-0.1 Cu alloy were investigated.The results show that V can refine theα-Al dendrites of the alloy and reduce the secondary dendrite arm spacing.After heat treatment,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the alloy with the addition of 0.1%V were 325 MPa,293 MPa and 8.16%,respectively.Continuing to increase the V content,coarse intermetallic compounds AlFeSiV will appear in the alloy,making the mechanical properties of the alloy decrease.
