摘要
传统退役动力电池的处理方式对环境污染大、成本高、效率低;文章采用LTC6810传感器连接动力电池,获取各电池模组实时数据联网传输至大数据平台分析;将退役动力电池各电池模组进行匹配重组,进行再次利用;采用大数据技术,使退役动力电池处理工艺简化,处理成本降低;提高了退役动力电池的循环可利用性。
The traditional decommissioned power battery treatment method has high environmental pollution,high cost and low efficiency.In this paper LTC6810 sensor isused to connect the power battery.The real-time data of each battery module is obtained through its own sensor,and then transmitted to the big data platform for analysis through the network.Each battery module of the retired power battery is matched and reassembled,and then it can be reused after balancing.Combined with the characteristics of big data technology,the processing process of retired power battery is simplified and the processing cost is reduced.The recycle of retired power batteries can be improved.
