ICP-AES法测定工业含银污水中银量

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定工业含银污水原水及排放水中银量的分析方法。将工业含银污水过滤,移取20.00 mL于150 mL烧杯中,采用硝酸酸化,低温蒸干去除有机物,再浸取定容后,使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪,于328.068 nm分析线波长处测量银元素的发射强度,由工作曲线计算出银的质量-体积浓度。采用银工业生产污水原水及排放水进行加标回收试验,加标回收率为96.0%~103.0%;对实际原水及排放水样本进行测定精密度试验,方法精密度(RSD,n=11)为2.25%~4.49%;将本试验方法测定数据与国家标准方法(火焰原子吸收分光光度法)比较,测定结果相吻合。试验表明,本方法具有检测范围宽、准确度好、精密度高等优点,在工业含银污水监测及实践检验工作中具备良好应用。 A method for the determination of silver in raw water and effluent of industrial wastewater containing silver by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established.The industrial silver containing wastewater was filtered,20.00 mL was removed in a 150 mL beaker,nitric acid was used,organic matter was removed by steaming at low temperature,and volume was extracted,then inductively coupled plasma was used,the emission intensity of silver was measured at 328.068 nm,and the mass-volume concentration of silver was calculated from the working curve.The recovery of raw water and discharge water from silver industry was tested,the recovery rate was from 96.0%to 103.0%,and the precision of the method was 2.25%to 4.49%(RSD,n=11).Compared with the national standard method(flame atomic absorption Spectrophotometer),the results of this method are in good agreement.The experimental results show that the method has the advantages of wide detection range,good accuracy and high precision,and has a good application in the monitoring and practical testing of industrial wastewater containing silver.
