摘要
输煤系统是火电厂的后勤保障,安全、可靠、稳定的输煤控制系统直接影响着企业的生产效率和经济效益。通过分析某小型火电厂输煤控制系统的组成、控制方式及功能要求,探究了应用PLC完成输煤控制系统的硬件和软件设计,实现了输煤控制系统的过程自动化。采用PLC控制的输煤系统,技术手段成熟,提升了输煤过程的可靠度,保障了企业的利益。
Coal handling system is the logistics guarantee of thermal power plants.A safe,reliable and stable coal handling control system directly affects the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises.By analyzing the composition,control mode and functional requirements of the coal handling control system in a small thermal power plant,this paper explores the application of PLC to complete the hardware and software design of the coal handling control system,and realizes the process automation of the coal handling control system.The coal handling system controlled by PLC has mature technical means,which improves the reliability of the coal handling process and ensures the interests of the enterprise.
