摘要
针对制造误差对分流集流阀精度的影响,分析了分流集流阀的结构和原理,再利用AMESim建立分流集流阀液压系统模型并验证了模型的准确性。探讨了对中弹簧刚度、固定节流口直径、可变节流口预开度、阀芯直径等结构参数的误差对分流集流阀同步精度的影响。
In view of the influence of manufacturing error on the accuracy of diverter and collector valves,this paper analyzes the structure and principle of the diverter and collector valve and then uses AMESim to establish the hydraulic system model of the diverter and collector valve and verifies the accuracy of the model.The influence of the errors of the structural parameters such as the stiffness of the centering spring,the diameter of the fixed throttle,the pre-opening of the variable throttle,and the diameter of the valve core on the synchronization accuracy of the diverter and collector valve is discussed.
