摘要
采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术,选取芦丁、槲皮素等5个标准品,分析、鉴定了绞股蓝中黄酮类物质。从绞股蓝中共鉴定出21个黄酮类物质,其中3个通过与标准品比对鉴定,9个通过与自建库比对鉴定,5个通过ChemSpider数据库鉴定,还有4个鉴定为未知黄酮类化合物。
The flavonoids in Gynostemma pentaphyllum were analyzed and identified by UPLC-Q TOF-MS with 5 standard substances including rutin and quercetin.A total of 21 flavonoids were identified from Gynostemma pentaphyllum,of which 3 were identified by comparison with the standard,9 by comparison with the self-built database,5 by ChemSpider database,and 4 were identified as unknown flavonoids.
