摘要
以化工流程模拟和数值计算相结合的教学方法,指导学生使用Aspen Plus和Matlab软件模拟化工过程,根据化工生产案例,设计教学方案。培养学生理论联系实际的工程意识,提高学生分析问题,解决问题的能力,并形成化工实践能力。旨在提升学生解决复杂工程问题的专业素质,达成化工专业人才培养的课程目标。
A new teaching method based on the combination of chemical process simulation and numerical calculation has been put forward,which is used to instruct students to apply the software of Aspen Plus and Matlab for chemical process simulation.A teaching program has been designed according to the actual example of chemical engineering and it is applied to train the engineering sense of combining theory with practice for students,meanwhile,students will possess the abilities in analyzing problems,solving problems,and engineering practice.The paper aims to improve the professional quality of students in dealing with complex engineering problems and achieve the curriculum goal of cultivating chemical engineering talents.
