国土空间规划体系下工科院校城乡规划专业改革思路探究

Research on the Reform of Urban and Rural Planning Specialty in Engineering Colleges under the System of Territorial Spatial Planning

工科院校城乡规划专业的形成和发展有其鲜明的时代与技术特点,随着国土空间规划体系重构进程的推进,城乡规划专业教育亟需进行相应改革。基于对传统工科院校城乡规划专业特点的分析,从培养目标、思想理念、关注角度和技术方法4个方面剖析国土空间规划体系重构要求。提出专业改革思路应基于现有教学体系,从优化专业培养目标、重构课程体系、构建技术教育平台、加强教学内容关联性、推动科研实践成果应用等方面推进,以培养适用于社会需求的高质量专业人才。

The formation and development of urban and rural planning major in engineering colleg‐es and universities have their distinctive characteristics of the times and technologies.With the advance‐ment of the process of reconstructing the territorial spatial planning system,urban and rural planning education needs to be reformed accordingly.Based on the analysis and summary of the characteristics of urban and rural planning major in traditional engineering colleges and universities,the requirements for reconstructing the territorial and spatial planning system are analyzed from four aspects:training objectives,ideas,content,and technical methods.It is proposed that the reform idea of the major should be based on the existing teaching system,and be promoted in terms of optimizing the training objectives of the major,reconstructing the curriculum system,building a technical education platform,strengthening the relevance of teaching contents,and promoting the application of research and practice results,so as to cultivate high-quality professional talents suitable for the needs of society.
