摘要 运用文献资料法,结合当前大学体育的发展理念与时代背景,借鉴教学最优化理论对大学体育教学在教学目标、学生主体作用、教学内容、教学方法、教学反馈、运动负荷6个维度进行再优化,并从教学最优化理论视角探讨了大学体育教学发展、新教学理念指导体育教学的局限性问题。 In view of the development concept and era background of current college physical education and with the theory of teaching optimization for reference,this paper adopts literature method to reoptimize the teaching of college physical education in six dimensions,namely,teaching objectives,students'main role,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching feedback,and sports load,and discusses the limitations of the teaching development of college physical education and new teaching concepts guiding physical education from the perspective of teaching optimization theory.
