哈尔滨市产学研协同创新网络结构演化研究

The Evolution of Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Network Structure in Harbin

实现创新驱动振兴、创新引领振兴是城市突破区域发展瓶颈的有效路径。哈尔滨作为东北地区重要的经济地理区域,其发展对加快东北地区经济全面振兴,促进东北发展具有重大意义。基于2010-2018年,哈尔滨市企业、高校与研究机构间的联合申请专利数据构建产学研协同创新网络。利用社会网络分析法从整体结构和个体结构两个方面对其演化展开研究。研究表明,随时间演化的过程中,哈尔滨市产学研协同创新网络整体规模不断扩大,呈现出脆弱—鲁棒特性。哈尔滨市产学研协同创新网络未来发展需要加强核心区与边缘区各创新主体间的创新联系,培育新的核心主体,增加网络连通性。

To realize innovation driven revitalization and Innovation led revitalization are effective ways for cities to break through the bottleneck of regional development. As an important economic geographical region in Northeast China, Harbin’s development is of great significance for accelerating the overall economic revitalization of Northeast China and promoting the development of Northeast China.Based on the joint patent application data of enterprises, universities and research institutions in Harbin from 2010 to 2018, a collaborative innovation network of industry, university and research was established. The social network analysis method is used to study its evolution from the aspects of overall structure and individual structure. The research shows that, in the process of time evolution, the overall scale of the collaborative innovation network of industry, university and research in Harbin continues to expand, showing a fragile and robust characteristic. The requirement for developing the collaborative innovation network in Harbin includes strengthening the innovation links between the innovation subjects in the core area and the edge area, cultivating new core subjects, and increasing the network connectivity.
