软件和信息技术服务业高质量发展影响因素研究——基于哈肯模型的演化分析

Influencing Factors of High Quality Development of Software and Information Technology Service Industry: an Evolutionary Analysis Based on Haken Model

随着软件和信息技术服务产业对国民经济的贡献逐步凸显,我国软件和信息技术服务业高质量发展屡次登上新台阶。为推进数字产业高质量发展,以我国软件和信息技术服务产业作为研究对象,采用自组织理论的哈肯模型,选取创新投入、规模效益、发展环境3个影响因素进行分析,建立软件产业的演化方程。分析结果表明,创新投入是我国软件和信息技术服务产业演化的序参量,支配着规模效益和发展环境的变化,有效揭示了提高技术创新水平是软件和信息技术服务产业的演化动力机制,是促进产业高质量发展的关键要素,为促进软件和信息技术服务产业高质量发展提出产学研深度融合、加大软件核心技术研发投入力度等对策建议。

As the contribution of software and information technology service industry to the national economy is gradually highlighted, the high-quality development of China’s software and information technology service industry has repeatedly reached a new level. In this paper, China’s software and information technology service industry is taken as the research object, and the Haken Model of self-organization theory is adopted for selecting three influencing factors: innovation investment, scale benefit and development environment, so as to establish the evolution equation of the software industry. The analysis results show that innovation input is the order parameter of the evolution of China’s software and information technology service industry, dominating the change of scale efficiency and development environment. It effectively reveals that improving the level of technological innovation is the evolutionary dynamic mechanism of the software and information technology service industry, and is the key factor to promote the high-quality development of the industry.In order to promote the high-quality development of the software and information technology service industry, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as deepening the integration between industry, university and research and increasing investment in software core technology research and development.
