摘要
深海环境温度较低,高温含蜡原油会发生降温析蜡,导致堵塞管道,应增强管道的保温效果。夹层管复合结构具有较好承压能力和保温性能。文中利用FLUENT软件对层流及紊流流态下夹层管二维传热模型进行计算分析,得到2种工况下管道轴向及径向温度场,结合理论分析对数值模型进行验证,分析了原油入口流速、夹芯层厚度对管道温度场的影响。
The deep-sea environment temperature is low,cooling down and wax precipitation can occur in the high-temperature waxy crude oil,resulting in blocking the pipeline.The thermal insulation effect of the pipe must be enhanced.The sandwich pipe composite structure had good pressure bearing capacity and heat preservation performance.Using FLUENT software to calculate and analyze the two-dimensional heat transfer model of the sandwich pipe under laminar flow and turbulent flow,the axial and radial temperature fields of the pipe under two working conditions were obtained.Combining theoretical analysis to verify the numerical model the influence of crude oil inlet flow rate,thickness of the sandwich layer on the temperature field of the pipeline was analyzed.
