摘要
针对油气管道泄漏监测问题,通过文献分析应用较广泛的负压波监测技术、分布式光纤监测技术、超声波监测技术、实时瞬态模型监测技术等在线监测技术的发展现状以及优缺点,研究工业互联网融入油气管道泄漏监测的发展趋势,构建“数据采集-数据库-专家系统”实时在线监测闭环系统,实现油气管道泄漏的智能化预警。该智能化监测系统有助于提高油气管道安全监测水平,为油气管道安全运行保障、危化品储存和道路运输等技术发展提供借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of oil and gas pipeline leakage monitoring,this paper analyzed the development status and advantages and disadvantages of on-line monitoring technologies such as negative pressure wave monitoring technology,distributed optical fiber monitoring technology,ultrasonic monitoring technology,and real-time transient model monitoring technology,which were widely used,and studied the industrial internet,incorporating the development trend of oil and gas pipeline leakage monitoring,a“data acquisition-database-expert system”real-time on-line monitoring closed-loop system was built to realize intelligent early warning of oil and gas pipeline leakage.The intelligent monitoring system helped to improve the safety monitoring level of oil and gas pipelines,and provided reference for the technical development of oil and gas pipeline safety operation guarantee,hazardous chemicals storage and road transportation.
