摘要
腐蚀可能导致膨胀节发生穿孔、开裂,直接影响设备的使用寿命和系统运行的安全性,因此必须对膨胀节进行腐蚀防护。文中通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析、金相组织分析、水质分析等方式研究了某城市供暖管线波纹膨胀节的腐蚀失效问题,提出从设计、选型、材料等方面进行控制,以提高膨胀节的使用寿命、可靠性和耐腐蚀性。
Corrosion may lead to the perforation and cracking of expansion joints,which affects the service life of equipment and the safety of system operation directly.Therefore,the expansion joint must be protected against corrosion.In this article,the corrosion failure of a corrugated expansion joint of heating pipelines in a certain city was studied by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),metallographic structure analysis,and water quality analysis,it was proposed to control from aspects such as design,model selection,material and so on,so as to improve the service life,reliability,and corrosion resistance of expansion joints.
