数字经济对黑龙江省产业结构升级的影响研究

The Impact of Digital Economy on Industrial Structure Upgrading in Heilongjiang Province

数字化浪潮下,数字经济促进产业发展的影响不断加深。为探究在黑龙江省产业结构转型升级中数字经济发挥的作用,基于理论层面进行机理分析,测度黑龙江省2011-2020年数字经济发展水平、产业结构合理化和产业结构高级化水平,构建计量模型验证数字经济发展对产业结构优化升级的影响。研究表明,数字经济能够显著促进黑龙江省产业结构升级。黑龙江省应加快完善数字基础设施建设,充分发挥数字经济优化资源配置作用,深化实体经济与数字经济融合发展,以更好促进产业结构升级。

Under the wave of digitalization, the influence of digital economy to promote industrial development is deepening. In order to explore the role of digital economy in the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Heilongjiang province, based on the theoretical level mechanism analysis, the study measures digital economy development level, industrial structure rationalization and the level of advanced industrial structure from 2011 to 2020 in Heilongjiang province, builds a measurement model to verify the influence of digital economy development on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Research shows that the digital economy can significantly promote the upgrading of the industrial structure in Heilongjiang province. The government should speed up the improvement of digital infrastructure construction, give full play to the role of the digital economy in optimizing resource allocation, and deepen the integrated development of the real economy and the digital economy, so as to better promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.
