基于系统论视角的夜间经济发展指数体系构建与评价——以浙江省为例

Construction and Evaluation of Night Economic Development Index System based on System Theory: a Case Study of Zhejiang Province

本研究基于系统论,构建了一套评价夜间经济发展水平的指数体系,包括夜间业态丰富性、夜间消费便利性、夜间消费活跃性、夜间消费评价和夜间商业环境成熟度五大维度。本研究整合多源异构的M公司消费数据,聚焦分析浙江省90个区县2019年1月至2020年12月的夜间经济发展在时空维度上的差异。研究发现,浙江省夜间经济恢复能力强,消费活力逐步释放;但是浙江省夜间经济地域发展不平衡,呈“高-中-低”三个梯队发展态势,呈现城区集聚,本研究还对构造的指数体系进行稳健性和敏感性分析。研究结论有助于综合客观评估浙江省夜间经济发展的现状与趋势,为浙江省发展高质量夜间经济提供系统评估和决策借鉴。

Based on the system theory, the study builds a set of index system to evaluate the development level of night economy, including five dimensions of night business type richness, night consumption convenience, night consumption activity, night consumption evaluation and night business environment maturity. The study integrates the consumption data of M Company with multiple sources and heterogeneity, and focuses on analyzing the temporal and spatial differences of night economic development in 90 districts and counties of Zhejiang province from January 2019 to December 2020. The results show that the night economy of Zhejiang province has strong recovery ability and consumption vitality is gradually released. However, the regional development of night economy in Zhejiang province is unbalanced, showing a development trend of "high-medium-low" three echelon, and showing urban agglomeration. The robustness and sensitivity analysis of the structural index system are also carried out in this study. The conclusion is helpful to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the status and trend of night economy development in Zhejiang province, and provide systematic evaluation and decision-making reference for the development of high quality night economy in Zhejiang province.
