摘要
本文对低碳铝镇静钢的LF+钙处理和RH轻处理两种精炼工艺进行了全面研究,系统地比较了两种工艺的关键元素控制稳定性、钢水清洁度、钢水可浇性和生产工序成本。结果显示:RH轻处理工艺更适合于碳含量窄成分控制的低碳铝镇静钢;RH轻处理的连铸中间包钢中氮含量平均为28.2ppm,全氧含量平均为28ppm,LF+钙处理工艺的连铸中间包钢中氮含量平均为34.2ppm,全氧含量平均为36ppm且不稳定;LF+钙处理工艺的钢水可浇性要好于RH轻处理工艺;RH轻处理工艺连铸坯夹杂物的控制水平要好于LF+钙处理工艺;RH轻处理工艺的工序成本要低LF+钙处理工艺。因此冶炼低碳铝镇静钢,应首选RH轻处理工艺。
In this paper,two types refining processes of LF+calcium treatment and RH light treatment of low carbon aluminum killed steel were studied in all aspects,the control stability of key elements,the cleanliness of molten steel,the castability of molten steel,and production processes cost of the two processes were systematically compared.The results show:RH light treatment process is more suitable for smelting low carbon aluminum killed steel with carbon content narrow component control;the average nitrogen content of continuous casting tundish in RH light treatment process is 28.2ppm,the average total oxygen content is 28 ppm;the average nitrogen content of continuous casting tundish in LF+calcium treatment process is 34.2ppm,the average total oxygen content is 36ppm,and the content control is unstable;the castability of molten steel of LF+calcium treatment process is better than that of RH light treatment process;the control level of inclusions in RH light treatment process is better than that in LF+calcium treatment process;the production processes cost of RH light treatment process is lower than that of LF+calcium treatment process.Therefore for smelting low carbon aluminum killed steel,RH light treatment process should be preferred.
