身心并重共护连续性干预对直肠癌术后同步放化疗患者的影响

Effect of Equal Physical and Mental Continuous Nursing Intervention in Patients with Synchronous Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy after Rectal Cancer Surgery

目的:探讨身心并重共护连续性干预对直肠癌术后同步放化疗患者的影响。方法:选取2019年7月1日~2021年7月31日94例直肠癌术后行同步放疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组实施常规延续性护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施身心并重共护延续性护理干预,比较两组情绪评分及并发症发生情况。结果:两组干预后负性情绪(NA)评分低于干预前(P<0.01)、正性情绪(PA)评分高于干预前(P<0.01),观察组干预后NA评分低于对照组(P<0.01)、PA评分高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对直肠癌术后同步放化疗患者实施身心并重共护连续性干预,可有效缓解患者不良情绪,改善临床各项指标,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of equal physical and mental continuous nursing intervention in patients with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy after rectal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 94 patients with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy after rectal cancer surgery were selected during July 1,2019 to July 31,2021,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 47 cases each,the control group implemented routine continuous nursing intervention,while the observation group implemented equal physical and mental continuous nursing intervention,the psychological mood scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The negative emotions(NA)in both groups were lower after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.01),the positive emotions(PA)were higher after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.01),the NA scores in the observation group were lower after intervention than those in the control group(P<0.01).The PA scores in the observation group were hifger after intervention than those in the control group(P<0.01).And the postoperative complications in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of continuous intervention with body and mind nursing in patients with concurrent chemoradiotherapy after rectal cancer surgery can effectively alleviate the poor psychological state and improve clinical indicators,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
