量化运动模式对鼻咽癌患者术后吞咽功能及生存质量的影响

Effect of Quantitative Exercise Mode on Swallowing Function and Quality of Life in Postoperative Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的:探讨量化运动模式对鼻咽癌患者术后吞咽功能及生存质量的影响。方法:将2017年3月1日~2019年2月28日收治的42例鼻咽癌手术患者纳入对照组,实施常规康复护理。将2019年3月1日~2021年2月28日收治的58例鼻咽癌手术患者纳入观察组,在常规康复护理基础上实施量化运动模式。比较两组干预前后的吞咽功能和生存质量。结果:两组干预8周中文版吞咽障碍造影评分量表(VDS)评分低于入组时(P<0.01),观察组干预8周VDS评分低于对照组(P<0.01);两组干预8周头颈部肿瘤患者生存质量量表(FACT-H&N)评分高于入组时(P<0.01),观察组干预8周FACT-H&N评分高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:量化运动模式可促进鼻咽癌术后患者吞咽功能恢复,提高其生存质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of quantitative exercise mode on swallowing function and quality of life in postoperative patients with nasopharyngeal cancer.Method:A total of 42 patients with nasopharyngeal cabcer surgery admitted during March 1,2017 to February 28,2019 were selected as the control group,the control group received routine rehabilitation care,and a total of 58 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer surgery admitted during March 1,2019 to February 28,2021 were selected as the observation group,and the observation group performed quantitative exercise mode on this basis.The swallowing function and quality of life between the two groups were compared begore and after intervention.Results:The scores of the Chinese version of the Video of Luoroscopic Dysphagia Scale(VDS)were lower in both groups than those at the time of entry(P<0.01).After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of VDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of Cancer Therapy-Head and Neck(FACT-H&N)in both groups were higher than those at the time of enrollment(P<0.01).After 8 weeks of intervention,the FACT-H&N scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Quantitative exercise mode can promote the recovery of swallowing function in patients after nasopharyngeal carcinoma surgery,and improve their quality of life.
