摘要 在全球发展一体化的大背景下,各大企业和用人单位对于高校毕业生的英语水平要求,也不再局限于传统的听、说、读、写,而是需要学生展示出特定方面的英语能力,简单来说就是要求学生在进入岗位后,能够通过英语迅速承担起与专业息息相关的工作,同时恰逢高校扩招及英语高考考核制度改革这一政策的实施。各大高校借此机会纷纷展开英语教学改革,为提升大学英语教学质量奠定基础。因此本文以某高校为例,首先针对ESP教学模式以及英语分层教学模式的概念进行阐述,并由此引发出在ESP教学模式下大学英语分级教学改革创新的重要性,最后引出以教学目标、教学设计、教学内容为核心的改革方法,希望为相关教育人员带来一些参考。 Under the background of global development and integration, the English level requirements of major enterprises and employers for college graduates are no longer limited to the traditional listening, speaking, reading and writing, but need students to show their English ability in specific aspects. In short, it requires students to be able to use English to quickly undertake work closely related to their major after entering the post. On this premise, it also coincides with the implementation of the policy of college enrollment expansion and the reform of English college entrance examination examination system. Therefore, major colleges and universities in China have launched English teaching reform to lay the foundation for improving the quality of college English teaching. Therefore, taking a university as an example, this paper first expounds the concepts of ESP teaching mode and English hierarchical teaching mode, which leads to the importance of college English hierarchical teaching reform and innovation under ESP teaching mode, and leads to the reform method with teaching objectives, teaching design and teaching content as the core, hoping to bring some reference to relevant educators.
