Research on the Development of Implicit Ideological and Political Education Carrier in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校隐性思想政治教育载体“开发存在着开发意识欠缺,动力不足”“开发合力不够,成效有限”“开发能力不强,效果不佳”等问题。通过更新教育观念,积极开发载体;统筹各方因素,合力开发载体;创新各种形式,有效开发载体等途径,有利于隐性思想政治教育功能在高职院校得以充分发挥,从而提升高职院校思想政治教育工作实效。

Lack of power caused by insufficient development consciousness, limited effects because of insufficient joint force, weak development ability and effect are main problems existing in carrier development of the implicit ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. By updating the education idea of active development carrier, developing carrier with joint force, innovating forms to develop carrier effectively, the implicit ideological and political education function in higher vocational colleges will be achieved and the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges will be improved.
