1+X证书制度的核心内容是书证相互衔接,教育价值体现在职业技能等级标准与各层次职业教育专业教学标准相统一。现阶段,1+X证书制度的教育应用问题,主要是高职院校缺乏教学针对性,未能从多个角度做好科学的教育统筹。未来跨境电商应用型人才培养,应在吸纳1+X证书制度优势的基础上,加强对部分基础教育问题的解决,通过深化对外合作、优化考核机制及强化教育衔接等多种策略,提升1+X证书制度在跨境电商应用型人才培养方面应用有效性。
