摘要
为培养高职学前教育专业学生教育教学实践能力,在高职学前教育专业实践教学中可借鉴陶行知先生培养师资的重要方法——“艺友制”,以“艺友制”精神整合校内外师资团队,形成教学共同体,搭建“教、学、做合一”的学前教育专业实践教学平台,促进高职学前教育专业学生实践能力发展,引领高职学前教育专业学生专业成长。
In order to cultivate students’ practical teaching ability of preschool education in higher vocational colleges, we can learn from Tao Xingzhi’s important method of teacher training——“Yiyouzhi”, integrate teachers inside and outside the school with the spirit of “Yiyouzhi”, form a teaching community, build a “teaching-learning-doing-in-one” practical teaching platform, promote the development of students’ practical ability and lead their professional growth.
