摘要
“MEP”教学模式,是为提高大学生心理健康教育课教学效果所做的探索。该模式是以社会学习理论、情境认知理论、参与教育理论等为理论基础,以大学生心理健康教育课的现状为现实依据,通过建立线上学习平台,创设教学情境,构建以朋辈助教为中心的“学习成长共同体”,达到知识建构、能力内化的一种互动式教学模式。
“MEP” teaching mode is an exploration to improve the teaching effect of college students’ mental health education. This is an interactive teaching mode based on social learning theory, situational cognition theory, participation education theory, etc. It is on the basis of the current situation of college students’ mental health education. Through the establishment of an online learning platform, the creation of teaching situations, and the construction of a “learning and growth community” centered on peer teaching assistants, an interactive teaching mode of knowledge construction and ability internalization is achieved.
