3D laser scanning reconstruction technology of prefabricated buildings

摘要 目前装配式建筑三维激光扫描重建技术没有提前对点云数据进行预处理,存在点云拼接、去噪效果差和建筑精度、重建效率低的问题。提出装配式建筑三维激光扫描重建技术方法,该方法首先利用三维激光扫描技术获取点云数据,并对点云数据进行去噪和点云拼接的预处理;其次运用预处理后的点云数据构建UCS用户坐标系,即平面拟合,继而得出特征线并转换成CAD实体;最后对建筑进行纹理贴图,实现装配式建筑三维激光扫描重建。实验结果表明,所提方法点云拼接效果好、去噪效果好、建筑精度高和重建效率高。 At present,the 3D laser scanning reconstruction technology of prefabricated buildings does not preprocess the point cloud data in advance,and there are problems of poor point cloud splicing effect,poor denoising effect,low building accuracy and low reconstruction efficiency.A 3D laser scanning reconstruction technology method for prefabricated buildings is proposed.The method first uses 3D laser scanning technology to obtain point cloud data,and preprocesses the point cloud data for denoising and point cloud splicing;and then uses the preprocessed point cloud data to construct UCS user coordinate system,namely plane fitting,then draws the characteristic lines and converts them into CAD entities;and finally performs texture mapping on the building to realize the 3D laser scanning reconstruction of the prefabricated building.The experimental results show that the proposed method has good point cloud splicing effect,good denoising effect,high construction accuracy and high reconstruction efficiency.
