摘要
2021年3月15日,中国首次提出要构建以新能源电力为主的新型电力系统。江苏省作为中国社会经济发展的先进地区,能源需求量大,但其能源资源却相对缺乏;同时,江苏电力系统的规模大,形态特征复杂,在“双碳”目标的促进下,区外来电规模,以及风电、光伏发电等新能源电力的比重逐渐增加,导致江苏电力系统的形态更加复杂。介绍了江苏电力系统概况,并分析了其特点;然后介绍了丹麦、德国、英国等国外电力系统的转型经验,通过分析国际经验并结合江苏省的实际情况,给江苏省构建新型电力系统提供参考方向。
On March 15,2021,China proposed for the first time to construction a new electric power system based on new energy power. Jiangsu Province,as an advanced region with socioeconomic development in China,is relatively lack of energy resources despite its large energy demand. At the same time,the scale of Jiangsu electric power system is large and the morphological characteristics is complex. Under the target of“emission peak and carbon neutrality”,the scale of power from outside,the proportion of wind power,PV power generation and other new energy power gradually increased,leading to more complex morphological of Jiangsu electric power system. In this paper,the general situation of Jiangsu electric power system is introduced,and its characteristics are analyzed. Then it introduces the transformation experience of foreign electric power systems,such as Denmark,Germany and the United Kingdom. By analyzing the international experience and combining the actual situation of Jiangsu Province,it puts forward the reference direction for Jiangsu to construction a new electric power system.
