摘要
温泉旅游是以体验为核心需求的产品载体,游客体验评价有助于温泉旅游景区竞争力的提升。采用IPA研究方法对贵阳贵御温泉进行实证研究,找出景区发展现实与期望目标之间的差距。结果表明:交通便捷程度、文化风情与民俗、温泉水况、泡汤环境、医疗救护点、特色温泉池和景观、空间大小、引导标识等因素处于改进区,是景区体验质量提升的关键因素。基于以上分析,以期为贵阳贵御温泉旅游体验质量提升提供一定的决策参考,进而促进贵阳市温泉旅游产业高质量发展。
Hot spring tourism is a product carrier with experience as the core demand, and tourist experience evaluation can improve the competitiveness of hot spring tourism scenic spots. Taking Guiyang Guiyu Hot Spring as an example, this paper conducted empirical research on Guiyu Hot Spring through IPA research method to find out the gap between the development reality and the desired goal of the scenic spot. The results show that the important factors to improve the experience quality of scenic spots in the improvement area are transportation convenience, cultural customs and folk customs, water condition, hot spring environment, medical treatment points, characteristic hot spring pool and landscape, space size, guide signs, etc. Based on above analysis, this paper provides some decision-making reference for improving the quality of hot spring tourism experience, in order to promote the high-quality development of hot spring tourism in Guiyang.
