摘要
针对地方高校开展线上教学存在的突出问题,以笔者所在院校为例,开展了实质等效导向的地方高校线上教学探索与实践,从线上教学体系优化、线上线下互融的教学模式重构、多级联动的管理体系延拓和全过程、多维度的评价机制构建四个方面给出了实施策略,结合线上教学实施手段、教学模式和管理评价等内容论述了实质等效导向的地方高校线上教学创新模式。成果可为后疫情时代地方高校线上、线下混合式教学发展转型提供方法支持。
Aiming at the outstanding problems of online teaching in local colleges and universities,the exploration and practice of online teaching in local colleges and universities with substantial equivalence orientation is carried out,taking Anhui Jianzhu University as an example,and the implementation strategies are given in four aspects:the optimization of online teaching system,the reconstruction of teaching mode with online and offline integration,the extension of management system with multi-level linkage,and the construction of the whole process and multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism.Combined with the implementation means,the teaching mode and management evaluation of online teaching,the innovative model of online teaching in local colleges and universities with substantial equivalence orientation is discussed.The results can provide methodological support for the transformation of online and offline blended teaching development in local colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era.
